XPS extruded insulation board: The insulation layer material is made of polystyrene resin, plus other raw and auxiliary materials and polymers, mixed by heating, injecting catalyst at the same time, and then extruded to form a high-density hard board. The interior is an independent closed air bubble structure, which has high compression resistance, non-absorbent, moisture-proof and anti-penetration properties. Due to its extremely low thermal conductivity, the thermal insulation and energy-saving effect is very good. The main features are excellent thermal insulation performance and good hydrophobicity. , low water absorption, light weight and high hardness.
Products feature
1) The XPS board has a dense surface layer and an inner layer with a closed-cell structure. Its thermal conductivity is much lower than that of EPS with the same thickness, so it has better thermal insulation performance than EPS. For the same building exterior wall, its thickness can be less than other types of insulation materials.
2), due to the closed cell structure of the inner layer. Therefore, it has good moisture resistance, and can still maintain good thermal insulation performance in a humid environment; it is suitable for cold storage and other buildings with special requirements for thermal insulation, and can also be used for buildings whose exterior wall finishes are bricks or stones .
