Centrifugal glass wool is the use of quartz powder, feldspar, soda ash, borax, boronsite, culverted glass and other raw materials to prepare a batch that meets the requirements of glass wool composition, sent into the melting kiln at a temperature of 14500C - 14600C, so that the batch is melted into molten glass after clarification and homogenization and flows to the forehearth, through the platinum drain plate into the high-speed rotating distributor and then through the centrifugal head to throw out, there are many small holes on the side wall of the centrifugal head, and the incoming glass liquid is thrown into many fine streams (fiber precursors) by centrifugal force. Then it is further pulled into fine fibers by the high-temperature and rapid air flow sprayed by the annular gas nozzle concentrically arranged with the centrifugal head, and the binder is evenly sprayed on the glass fiber through the nozzle while the glass fiber settles, and the glass fiber falls onto the cotton mesh belt to form the final cured raw cotton, and then solidifies it into a glass plate through the curing oven, and the felt becomes a glass wool product of various specifications after cutting.
